2:00pm - Band dismissed for warm-up/move equipment to gymnasium 2:30pm - Homecoming pep rally @ MHS 3:15pm - School Dismissal, Dinner on your own 5:00pm - Arrive at MHS and dress in uniform, It will be cold this evening. Suggest long underwear/under armor, stocking caps, etc. 6:15pm - Roadies arrive at band room to construct props 6:50pm - Pre-Game 6:55pm - National Anthem 7:00pm - Game begins, Home Football game vs. Massac County 7:15pm - Props at south end zone 7:45pm - Estimated performance time at football game halftime 8:45pm - Estimated dismissal time, students will be dismissed once all equipment and props are returned to their appropriate locations. |
